The essence of terroir
Via Caritatis is the result of a unique alliance between the Monks and Nuns of the Abbaye du Barroux and local winemakers, carrying on the long monastic tradition of excellence of the AOC Ventoux.
Guided by the Benedictine rule « Ora et Labora », the estate grows its vines at altitude to achieve balance and authenticity, offering cuvées (Lux, Vox, Pax) that combine spirituality, ancestral know-how and modern oenological expertise, reflecting the richness and purity of this exceptional terroir.
